The BestBed 1300 Celebration Mattress PRICING: OUR PRICE INCLUDES Our Delivery Service includes curbside delivery to your home. Our Delivery Company will call you, to set up a delivery appointment approximately 48 hrs in advance. The cost for Shipping and Handling Service is normally $200.00*, but is INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICE! *(see potential additional fees below)! When your mattress set is delivered, make sure to carefully inspect it for any damage or defects. If you do notice any damage or defects, you must note them on the shipping receipt and refuse the delivery. If this does occur, please notify us immediately so we can quickly resolve the issue for you. *Additional fees will apply to following circumstances: Redelivery - Our carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment to deliver your order. If you are not home at this agreed upon delivery time, or if you tell the carrier to come back at a later time (for any reason) you will be charged a $75 fee for re-delivery. Storage charge - Once our carrier contacts you, you must respond to them right away to set up a delivery appointment. If you do not respond, our carrier will be forced to store your merchandise at their shipping facility until they can contact you. You will be charged $32 per day storage fee (after the 4th business day of our carrier trying to contact you). Time Definite $106.00 fee (2-hr window) - This fee rarely applies. If you must specify an exact time outside of our agents regular delivery schedule (i.e. you absolutely need your bed delivered on Saturday night between 7-9 pm, a $106 "Time Definite" fee would apply). Available delivery time-slots will be determined by our delivery agent in your area. When the carrier contacts you to arrange delivery, they will do their best to work around your schedule. Sorry, we do not ship this product to Alaska or Hawaii. Money Back Guarantee We offer a 60 day, money back guarantee on the BestBed® Sleep System. If you decide that the BestBed® Mattress isn't the best sleeping surface you have ever experienced, you can return it within 60 days from its delivery and receive a refund of the purchase price less normal shipping and handling charges($200.00). Return shipping is to be pre paid by customer. In order to give your mattress a fair trial, we ask that you try out the mattress for a minimum of 2 weeks. If after that time you still feel it is not the best sleeping surface for you, simply call us toll free at 1-888-660-3425 to arrange return authorization. We will then give you all the return shipping instructions. The returned mattress must include the original boxes and bags. As long as the mattress is returned in good condition (no damage, stains, etc.) we'll promptly refund you the original sale price, less $200.00 original shipping charges.
